Experience of Sarah Palin Versus Barack Obama

There is a big difference, experience wise, between Sarah Palin and Barack Obama. Obama spent his time becoming an ideologue and embraced Marxist principals. Palin’s background is that of a person embracing the American dream and values of self-reliance, responsibility, based on our constitution as written by our founders.

Obama has noting but failure in any practical endeavor. As a community organizer his one and only responsibility to bring a housing development from ruin was a disaster. The project was in worse shape when he left then when he started. His only accomplishment has been getting elected with the help of many radical leftists. His one and only talent is public speaking, just like all other snake oil salesmen before him. His inability to get anything done has followed him to the Whitehouse.   His disdain for our constitution and American Judeo-Christian values has guided his actions and resulted in failure. The people are rejecting his attempts at creating a socialist state.

Palin on the other hand has many substantive accomplishments as a leader locally, city and statewide. One can write essays on all her accomplishments that have bettered the lives of her constituents. Something that Obama cannot claim. She has shown ability in critical and logical thinking, recognize problems, and then solve them. She has proven herself as an effective administrator with the ability to maneuver in political struggles with the opposition party and within her own. She is a proven leader while Obama can only claim to oratory skills.

It is quite clear that she is looking to be a major national force in American politics. Just like Reagan did prior to his run for the presidency, Palin is building a circle of supporters both on the ground roots level and in the halls of political analysis of national and international studies. If she ever decides to run for a national office, she will have a cadre of respected advisers and implementers of her policies.

Yes, there is a great big difference between Obama and Palin.

What Can Save Our Auto Industry?

The American auto industry has moved away from a capitalist and entrepreneurish system to one based on the demands of consumption. The UAW kept making demands for wages that had nothing to do with the ability to produce a product that the consumer would buy. The management is also not invested in the product but in the value of the stock. Stock value is what has determined their pay, bonuses, and options. The focus has not been on what product will sell at what price but on how much can we suck out of the industry.

Capitalism is based on investment and risk. The investment has been minimal and the risks have not been accounted for. Constantly borrowing to pay wages and benefits without concern for the profitability of the operation is what put the industry in the situation they are in.

To prevent a total collapse of the industry (including suppliers) a rework of operations is necessary, without that no matter how much money is sunk into it, it will collapse completely. Salaries and benefits of management must be based on performance and not stock value or how long they can manage to borrow money to keep afloat. Wages need to be based on the profitability of the product produced. The product lines need to be evaluated as to salability and reduced to those that are profitable.

Once the SOP of the industry is changed then and only then should the government step in with loans to allow the industry to achieve profitability and stabilize the economy.
It is interesting that in the last 30 years Ford Motor Company has been moving production to other countries while Toyota has built 12 new plants in this country. This has produced a $4 billion profit for Toyota in the last reporting period while Ford has lost $9 billion.

The Choir Needs Tuning

We really have to get to work. We need to keep our heads clear and not succumb to the socialist propaganda.

Why did so many “Conservative Republicans” who advocate “smaller government” vote for Proposition 2, a proposition bringing us closer to Big Brother style of government and killing individual initiative? This proposition allows anyone to go on private property, “inspect” how a person “treats” its animals, and if they decide that it is not friendly enough have that person fined, demand he makes changes that they feel are necessary, or even arrested. You are not allowed to interfere with their “inspection”.

The economic effect is huge. First we have just pushed more businesses to leave California and dealt a death nail to any businesses to come to this state. This will put many Californians out of work, lower the state’s revenues, and increase the cost of eggs and chickens. Terrific work you “conservatives”.

Don’t ever feel that you are preaching to the choir because not all the members are singing in tune.

These members felt sorry for those poor chickens without knowing all the facts. A chicken spends its whole day looking for food, eating, defecating, and sleeping. That is all it requires out of life. A chicken does not care for the theater or to jump rope or any other activity other than finding food and eating. Instinct makes a chicken sit on its eggs but once hatched a chicken does nothing to nurture the chicks. Its brain can’t comprehend anything else.

Our job is not only to promote conservatism among non-conservatives. We need to reinforce conservatism among our own ranks. Conservatism is not the name of a football team. It is what this country was based on. This country has surpassed all others economical, socially, and politically. We are losing the battle to stay free. We are giving away our freedom for promises that sound good but in the end will destroy democracy. If the Unites States falls to socialism, the world will not have a champion to protect liberty. Remember if it were not for a capitalist America, Germany and Japan would have ended up ruling the world. If it were not for a capitalist America the Soviet Union would be ruling the world. If there is no capitalist America, Islam will rule the world with Sharia Law.

No Wiggle Room in Islam

For the last six years I have been studying the Koran and Sharia law. As I got further and further into the subject, I became sadder and sadder. What I see is a religion that demands its followers to live by ancient customs of war and might makes right. I studied the life of Mohamed and saw a fanatic, mold Judeo-Christian teachings into a murderous sect. His followers were told that they have a right to take property and life of those that will not follow Mohamed’s teachings. This developed not only a disdain for all non-Muslims, but a hatred and fear of them. From 650 AD through to WW II, leaders of Muslim nations have attempted to conquer the world.

But that is history. Current activities of the various leaders of Islam are not any less threatening to non-Muslims. The Imams are preaching that non-Muslims are a threat to Islam by their mere existence and that all Muslims must “defend” Islam by attacking those that profess other or no faith.  They preach that Jews use the blood of Muslim babies to make bread. They indoctrinate children from kindergarten age that their destiny is blow them selves up and kill as many non-believers as possible. They encourage their followers to have many children, so they can sacrifice them for the sake of Allah.  They refer to non-Muslims as the offspring of apes and pigs. Should any one say anything against Islam, they encourage their followers to riot, destroy property, and kill innocent non-believers. This their followers have done as in the case of nuns, news reporters, and other ordinary citizens around the world.

These are not isolated incidences. They are happening almost every day. How can people like Dinesh D'Souza and the people of Levatina Center expect anyone to believe that Islam is a religion of peace? To this date I have not heard any Imams denounce any of these atrocious acts. They have denounced the killing of innocents, but then say things like, “the people that died in these acts were not innocent”. That makes no sense what so ever. The apologists for Islam can talk till they turn bleu, but it does not compute.

Clear Choice for Right Thinkers.

This presidential campaign is froth with euphoric idealization, gender preference, and disappointment, not so much ideological differences. The Democrats are split among two candidates who profess basically the same platform with very little difference between to two. However, listening to the supporters of either Democrat candidate, one might think that they are from two different parties.

The staffs of both do not dispel that image. They throw barbs of potential devastation to the opposing candidates that present ammunition for the candidates of other parties. Both the Democrat candidates are so self centered and absorbed with them selves that any party unity or loyalty is so far from their thoughts that when one is selected as the Democrat nominee, any show of solidarity will have a very hollow ring.

The Republican community is not any better off. As a Matter of fact they may be in greater peril of snatching defeat form victory than they ever have been before. Their disappointment with their various favorite candidates garnering so few votes that all but one opted to escape form the rigors of campaigning, overwhelmed them to the point of almost committing political suicide.

Right now they are teetering on doing just that. Negative thoughts and perceptions of their candidate are monopolizing their every thought. They have completely put aside the opposition and concentrate on the perceived deficiencies of their nominee. They are so blinded by their disappointment they have lost sight of what is at stake and results of actions that will be taken by the opposition should they win the presidency. McCain is not the lesser of two (actually three) evils. McCain will implement Republican ideals.

The naiveté of Obama would be devastating to international politics. His inability to analyze international situations most likely will have a devastating affect on world events. The European leaders will be able to out maneuver him at every turn. Current events demand level headedness and experience. We are faced with rouge nations, fanatical terrorists, and other nations jockeying for political and economic dominance. No one man can handle it all. But the administration that is chosen by our next president needs to be level headed and dependable; strong in conviction and dedicated to the task. The company one keeps is an indication of the person. Obama’s associates and those he is relying on for advice are on the fringes of political ideology. His staff does things he purports not know and disavows them. He may or may not have been aware but in either case it shows poor judgment either in what was done or choice of people. Our next president must make better choices.

The tenacity of the other Democrat is admirable but her drive for power is frightening. We see a person focused on and driven to power, willing to do anything to achieve it.   She is promising things to all that if delivered will plunge this country into socialist quagmire that we may never be able to free ourselves of. Every country that has adopted the socialist economic politics is either in dire straits or has gone bankrupt, as did the Soviet Union. Socialism appeals to all that feel entitled to more than they have the ability to attain. It entices the disgruntled, robs the high achiever of what he earned, and becomes an addiction to generations of big brother societies that is very hard to break. Can a person who misquotes the truth over and over again ever put the interest of the nation ahead of personal goals and aspirations?

Both the Democrat candidates are promising huge tax increases; income taxes, sales taxes, sin taxes. They will push for more and more government control of us all. This will lead having us being monitored and directed in every aspect of our lives. The judicial appointments they will make will affect our lives for decades, most likely forever. They want to appoint judges that make laws to control our lives not interpret laws or the constitution.  This is not the vision of our forefathers.

John McCain will appoint judges who will do right by our constitution, protect us from fanatics who want to plunge the world back to the 7th century, and allow this country achieve even greater prosperity.

We live in a great country. We have the opportunity keep it great now and for generations to come. We can’t let personal disappointments stand in the way. It is time to get positive about the future and work to elect the only candidate that will ensure a future of liberty and individual freedom, one where all are allowed to achieve to his or her abilities. John McCain is that candidate, make no mistake.
